Description :
The multi-function thermostatic control valve with governor model GCP 97/12.G is designed for tank water heaters in such a way that it is capable of working with natural and liquid gases. And it is integrated with a governor (according to national Iranian standard number 4512 & EN126)

Performance:
Lighting the pilot:
Turn the temperature control knob from the off position
to the ignition position
. Until the igniter mark is on the indicator▼. In this position, place the igniter button in the position and press it down and hold it (pilot gas flows). After lighting the pilot burner, hold the igniter button in the same position for 10 seconds until see the flame and Then release the ignition button
main burner ignition:
Turn the igniter knob towards the flame
. The main burner is ready to use
Note: By turning the ignition knob to the numbers 1 to 5, the main burner is lit.
By turning the temperature knob counterclockwise to the higher numbers, the temperature
Increases
Off position :
First turn the main burner off by turning the temperature knob to the off position.
After the main burner turns off, turn the temperature knob to the position to turn off the pilot burner as well.
Note: The flame monitoring system takes about 30 seconds to go out of circuit after the pilot burner turns off, so wait 2 minutes before turning it on again
Converting the control valve to LPG :
To convert, we must complete the governor.
To do this, turn the governor adjustment screw clockwise until it reaches the end. In this case, L.P.G can be used.
Note1: The diameter of the jet in the burner may need to be changed.
Note2: To reuse with natural gas, you must contact an authorized service technician
